PawLocal reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
PawLocal is a pet care directory platform that connects pet owners with local pet care professionals including veterinarians, groomers, dog walkers, pet boarders, and other service providers. The Platform allows users to search for, review, and book services from listed professionals.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated.
Business owners may list their services on PawLocal subject to our approval process. All business listings must contain accurate information. PawLocal reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing that violates our guidelines, contains misleading information, or receives consistent negative feedback.
Users may submit reviews, ratings, and other content. By submitting content, you grant PawLocal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experiences, and must not contain defamatory, abusive, or inappropriate material.
PawLocal facilitates bookings between users and service providers. The contractual relationship for services is between the user and the service provider. PawLocal is not a party to any service agreement and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided.
PawLocal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawLocal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any services booked through the Platform.
PawLocal may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
